NeoFarm, a company specializing in the design, installation and operation of market gardening farms, has announced a €30 million fundraising round aimed at launching its first industrial-scale farm. The company develops an innovative farming model that combines profitability, sustainability and attractiveness.

This round brings together investors including Eurazeo, ADEME Investissement, Cléry, as well as several historical shareholders such as Technofounders, FAMM, and Groupe Duval.

VOLT Associés acted as co-counsel to NeoFarm and its founders, with the corporate team led by Hervé Bied-Charreton, working alongside the team from Bird & Bird (Olivier Peronnau and Elodie Vardon).
